Founder & Lead Designer
With over 15 years designing and installing European cabinetry across Portland and the Pacific Northwest, D&Y Cabinetry Studio was founded on a simple belief: that a kitchen should be as beautiful as it is functional.
Every project begins with listening — understanding how a family lives, cooks, and gathers — before a single line is drawn. The result is cabinetry that feels inevitable, as though it could never have been any other way.
We work exclusively with European frameless construction and partner with manufacturers who share our commitment to longevity, precision, and honest materials.

Our Philosophy
Design That Endures
We believe the best kitchens are designed to last decades, not seasons. That means choosing materials with integrity, details that age gracefully, and proportions that feel timeless from the first day to the last.
Our process is unhurried by design. We take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure every client receives our full attention — from initial concept through final installation.
What We Stand For
The Principles Behind Every Project
01
Precision
Every cabinet is engineered to exacting tolerances. We obsess over the details so you never have to.
02
Collaboration
Your vision drives every decision. We listen first, then design — never the other way around.
03
Longevity
We build for the long term. The materials we specify and the methods we use are chosen to last a lifetime.
